When we founded DNS Recruitments, it wasn’t just about filling positions; it was about fixing a problem we kept witnessing across industries.
 

We saw fast-growing companies struggling to find people they could trust and job seekers, even incredibly talented ones, getting lost in a sea of generic outreach, broken processes, and transactional recruiters. Hiring had become more about volume than value, and nobody seemed to be taking real ownership of outcomes.
 

So we asked ourselves:
